SNOW & SKATE PARTY
THE BEST OF BOTH
Step into a winter wonderland with our Snow & Skate Party, where frosty fun meets icy adventure. Enjoy 2 hours of excitement with real snow on our small Rink.
Play with toys and sleds, meet our playful penguins and build snowmen and castles with your friends. Then, if you’re Feeling brave, we can buckle you up, to hit the ice for even more frosty fun! It’s the ultimate mix of imaginative play and skating thrills all in one magical space!
Fridays 5pm – 7pm (ages 8+)

Skate the session away under disco lights and to your favourite tunes at our Ice-Skating Party!
Spend time with friends making fun memories with plenty of laughter guaranteed. Whether you’re a pro or a first-timer, we’ll help you feel confident as you skate, spin, and slide your way to an unforgettable birthday. While your booking is for two hours, you are welcome to continue skating until the end of the public skate session.

READY TO SCORE BIG?
Our Ice Hockey Party is perfect for kids who love action and teamwork! Enjoy 2 hours learning, hockey basics, practicing shots, and playing fun mini games with friends. We’ll provide the sticks, pucks and safety gear. You provide the energy and bring your game! Whether you’re a future hockey star or just want to try something new, this party is all about fast-paced fun and friendly competition. A hockey coach is required for all hockey parties. The coaching fee is mandatory and will be added to your booking.

INCLUSIONS

Snow and Skate party includes snow toys and skate hire.
Ice Skating Party includes skate hire.
Ice Hockey Party includes all safety gear and skate hire.
A meal for each party guest (Chicken nuggets and fries)
Jugs of soft drink or juice for the table (1 jug per 3 children)
Jugs of water for the table.
Free Skating Pass* for the birthday child, valid at their next public session visit.
2-For-1 Skating Passes* for each party guest, valid at their next public session visit.
A lolly bag for the Birthday child and their guests.
A reserved, decorated Party Table in the café area.
Tokens for each child to use on games in our arcade area.
(Additional Tokens are available for purchase from the token machines located on the game deck)
*Skating Passes are redeemable on a later visit

Escape the hustle and bustle or prefer a more personal experience,
You can request the party room. Book exclusive hire of the Party Polar Room for $100. The Polar Party Room fits up to 25 children with room for family and friends.
Bring your own decorations and make your party uniquely yours. Please note that hire of the Polar Party Room does not include any additional decorations on top of those already included in the Standard Party Package. Party Room hire is subject to availability.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Although we aim to cater to dietary requirements and allergies as best we can, it is not always possible. Please speak to birthdays.icearena@gmail.com or call 08 7123 0812 to discuss dietary requirements or changes to packages.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS POLICY
Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons, we do not allow outside food and drinks (except for birthday cake when part of a party package).
PARTY HOSTS
During our party sessions we have a dedicated party team off-ice working on setup and decorations, preparing and serving meals and drinks, and cleaning up. On-ice our skate marshals are there to help out and ensure everyone is safe while having lots of fun. The party team are shared between all parties.
If you wish to have personal on-ice support for your birthday guests this is available as an add-on.

Personal Party Host Sun $100
Upon your party booking confirmation the deposit of $200 will be due. This deposit is refundable up to 7 business days prior to your party in the event you are unable to continue with your booking. We are also happy to reschedule your party at any point if any problems arise.
The balance of your booking fee is payable prior to your party and can be made over the phone or at the Reception desk before the start of your party.
Please ensure you are familiar with all the Birthday Party Terms & Conditions as well as the Conditions of Entry before placing your booking.

Step 3: Confirmation from our Team
A staff member will review your enquiry and get back to you to confirm your booking.
Step 4: Pay Your Deposit
Once confirmed, you’ll need to pay the deposit of $200 to secure your spot.
Step 5: Final Details Before Your Party
We’ll contact you the weekend prior to your booking to run through everything.
You have until then to finalize RSVPs and consider adding extras like platters.
