Will there be people on the ice to assist us?
There will be ‘Helping Hand’ staff on the small ice to assist and supervise all the guests.
Will the coffee shop be open during the party?
Yes, the coffee shop is open during Fridge sessions.
If an extra guest turns up on the day that is not accounted for, can we pay the extra amount to increase the party number?
The party number may be increased upon arrival by one or two, however this is subject to catering approval and will be charged at $24.90 per person.
If not all the guests turn up on the day, will you refund any unused wristbands?
No, we do not offer refunds on any unused wristbands so please be sure of the confirmed number prior to making the party payment.
What about food allergies or special dietary requirements?
Please notify us prior to the day of the party if you have a special dietary requirement and we will endeavour to accommodate this as much as possible.
Will there be a table reserved for the party?
Yes, Fridge Chillaz parties include a reserved table.
Do parents or guardians have to pay entry?
Parents and guardians who do not wish to skate are not required to pay entry. Pass outs ONLY issued to party parents or guardians.
